Different Views and Awesome Individuality

Hiya again.
I hope you are all finding yourselves doing well today as I find am finding myself doing pretty great. I was thinking today of adding another tip or two on how to deal with panic, or anxiety, symptoms, but decided that in the spirit of individuality I'd give you another authors' take on these issues. It's an article I came across and liked enough to share with you so give it a peak and tell me what you think.

Hi again world!!!

Hello, and how are ya? I'd like to start today by saying I hope you've been inspired recently, and are well on your way to happiness. I'm a little tired today and won't be writing much so I suppose I'll be writing about how to pep up a bit during a long day. I've found that power napping is an excellent way to fight off my blah phases throughout the day and also give me a little extra energy. What I do is find a small amount of time and a cozy niche, if possible, to disappear into for about 15-35 minutes and conk right out. Even if I don't sleep for my allotted time I usually feel better just for having the break. It seems to work especially well when I'm anxious too. It's a little hard sometimes to settle down, but clearing my mind of everything seems to help with the process. Tomorrow I'll should have a video or to linked to my blog that you all might find interesting and uplifting, and another tip on how to deal with stress and anxiety.
Til tomorrow then, Rico West

Life is good...

Hey, again everybody! I didn't plan on writing another blog so soon, but I can't just leave things alone yet. I wanted to share just one of many coming tips on how to manage your daily stress. It's important to remember that no one person is, in my opinion, an expert on stress or how to relieve it because we are all so different. So if my suggestions don't work change 'em up and try something a little more you but along the same lines if you want.
Anyways, my first tip on how to manage seemingly unbearable stress is this: We all have hopes and dreams, so why not keep those things right in front of your face? Grab a picture of whatever makes you happiest and put it up in your car, house, workplace or all of the above and when you feel really stressed take about 2 minutes to look at your pic and let yourself smile. This picture can be a friend, pet, or even a future goal, but after about two minutes you should be able to smile! I hope this tip helps you, and don't forget that their is always a tomorrow to try again!

Hiya

Hi world! My name is Rico, and I'm very excited about sharing my experiences and life's dramas and successes with you. I've been to some pretty dark places in my life and learned to rise above them, I hope that I can help you do the same. I've fought with anxiety, depression, utter hopelessness, and even panic over the years of my life and have learned a thing or two about how to cope with these stresses, but that's for a little later. Right now I'd like to give you something that might make you smile and give you a little hope. I wrote this in a time of awakening and read it every day of my life so please, if you need a little inspiration give this a read...
Love of Life
The sun is shining even though it's cloudy and I'm learning to see that. I hope that you are too. I don't know who you are, but I love you, and am interested in sharing your journey if you are mine. My hand is extended in perpetual friendship to those who extend theirs to mine, and even those too weak right now to try. Though because of this my arm gets tired I am learning to grow stronger. I hope one day to see you smile, and giggle, and love unabashed and unashamed of yourself or me. Remember that the greatest words ever spoken were not "I love you", but "I love." Teach me to be humble if you see me climb too high, but do not break me down. I will try the same for you. Remember that you ARE NOT the anxiety and darkness in this world but a beautiful creature.
