Hiya again.
I hope you are all finding yourselves doing well today as I find am finding myself doing pretty great. I was thinking today of adding another tip or two on how to deal with panic, or anxiety, symptoms, but decided that in the spirit of individuality I'd give you another authors' take on these issues.
